    Wow,

Got to handle (well with a glove) a 1Kg Gold PAMP today.
Quite an intresting feeling really, holding almost 50k in one hand.

    It was awesome.

Makes you appreciate the value density of gold doesn't it - $50k in silver puts your shoulder out :)

I held the bar in the Perth mint when I was there, was pretty good. Probably got me started in the whole pm thing :)

On a side note - where was this pic taken and um what's the security like there?

Just worked out that 13 of these is one median-priced Melbourne house.

I was trying to think about how many bricks you would need for a house. A more interesting number would be if the bricks in your house were made of gold, how much would it cost? Probably enough to buy America.

A 15 kilo bar. Brian at ainslie had one on the desk. Must've been to go out shortly afterwards.

I think you could say that's been my finest stacking experience so far :p
