Would you rather have one of those, or 2x1966 fifties? Ask yourself that question and apply the answer to your original question.
The answer wouldn't be the same for everyone, nor for everytime it was asked during a lifetime of the same person I guess.
    I would buy it.

First bonus being there is no postage. =]

I asked myself the same thing about a 1oz coloured tiger in case for $75 - is that a bargain? Numi premiums are so hard to gauge (if your not a numi). But if someone on here said "buy it" would I be convinced? Only if they offered to buy it of me at a premium :)

i found out ... 10.62400 grams Ag in ever 1966 50cent piece = 0.341569532 troy ounces in every coin

so at a spot price of $47 per troy ounce they should be $16.05c each

    $13.66 @ $40 spot price Ag
    $17.07 @ $50 spot price
    $18.10 @ $53
    $19.12 @ $56

    $34.15 each @ $100
Assume a premium of 5% which would probably get higher if Ag got to $100

Lets say you buy 50 and the spot price goes to 100 you would have spent about $850 and it would be worth $1707
AND coins are legal tender so if TSHTF and paper money went bust - these would be good
Small investment - security and growth potential, hell of alot more easy to move and use than a 5kg bar :)
