    Multi level marketing scheme.

You just violated a forum rule by linking to it - fixed that for ya ;)

Hi goldpelican, sorry im new here and new to silver. Ive been buying some silver just recently from bullionmark.
They are cheaper than perth mint for coins. Anyone know of cheaper places to buy?
The silver snowball, multilevel marketing? Anyone had any success with it?

Question any multi level marketing scheme in any format, not just silver. They all promise returns in excess of contributions. Kind of the antithesis of the idea in investing and saving in precious metals as honest, hard money.

Have a read through the forums, and contact some of our forum sponsors - silver is generally very competitive, and there's other value to be had from building relationships with particular dealers rather than always just being a "buy the cheapest from anyone" customer.

GP, might be worth mentioning in the sticky somewhere that 'oz' = troy ounces. 1 kg = 32.1507 troy ounces, 1 troy ounce = 31.1034768 grams, etc.

    Hi guys,

I am actually wondering how do you calculate the ounces available in pre-decimal Australian Coins? Say for instance, 92.5% of 1kg pre-decimal coins contain how much of ounces in pure silver? Sorry as am very new to coins !! Thanks!

Could anyone provide the silver content for UK half crown, UK shillings and UK sixpence? All pre-decimals?? Thanks.

Am just learning how to calculate 0.925 and 0.5 silver content. Just confuse with how it works..

Sorry for the noob question! Thanks everyone =)

You need to provide the years - different years have different silver content.

Just wondering how do you calculate pure silver content (oz) if there's 1kg of 0.925 silver and 1kg of 0.5 silver? Sorry this might sounds very noob to many people..
