Are you referring to the kangaroo coins or did you get some bars?
i've liked the bars but they have a hell of a premium the last time i looked (US sites).

Nope, a few 1oz rounds, but mostly coins. 1c and 2c coins.

I have some 1 and 2 cent coins that I let the kids play with from time to time. I don't see how they'll be worth anything in my life time.

I agree that Silver probably has more short term potential than Gold, but Gold is and always has been money. Look at the other thread here, about how the Central Banks are now buying gold again.

    http://forums.silverstackers.com/to...changer-central-bank-buying-mike-maloney.html

There is a reason why they are buying gold and not Silver, and I think I want to be on the side with all the money and power.

Gold, Profitable business and Real Estate is the end game for me.

I'm with you Goldrush - businesses run well will generate 30% plus in good and bad times - just a matter of making sure that expenses are variable and preferably outsourced. Commercial real estate provides immediate and strong cashflow and Gold ties the whole thing together and wards off inflation - a recipe made in heaven.

I've got some GOLD ETF's that are really giving me the shfts - Gold going up and they go nowhere - got to dump them I think and go fully physical.
Problem is - serious money in physical PM needs security and got to get comfortable with these custodial services such as Guardian In Melb and The Reserve Vault in Brisbane. anyone use the Brisbane one? And is the one in Sydney up and running?

I hear you. It's the reason I have stopped buying anymore physical. I loaded up on some more pmgold today as I feel it's a good product and almost as good as holding physical without the security issues.

Which gold ETF's are you holding?

I plan to turn my silver into gold when the time is right.
    Isn't that almost everybodys plan?

I'll turn my Gold into real estate and businesses at the right time - you can't take it with you and cash flow buy's lifestyle.

The wildcard is the Free Gold scenario or even a new global reserve currency partially backed by gold. The price of gold would be revalued overnight.
