No concern at all that those stingers could very quickly end up on the black market. It doesn't matter how old the tech is if you're sitting unaware in a passenger jet.
Does it matter? The chance of dying from the bioweapon is much higher than being shot down by a stringer.
Don't see anyone handing out bioweapons willy nilly unless you count DoD funding for gain of function research
Well, if we go according to the propaganda, the DoD is also operating labs in Ukraine. Come on, we're not 3 year olds. If the DoD is researching a bioweapon, which I've no doubt that they are doing, won't they want to keep it inside some top secret facility 1km below the ground in Colorado mountain?
Or in a PC4 facility in Geelong, Wuhan, or anywhere that's not mainland US, where they can brush it off as someone else's doing, as they have treaty obligations AGAINST production of bioweapons
