    It's good to see that Gold Stackers are having the 1oz silver panda of this year for sale now. I know they didn't have them for sale before due to gst issues or something like that but it seems as if it is all sorted.

    We sought a GST ruling on them because of the change in design given the removal of the weight, purity and metal markings - got a favourable response.

    The ATO decided that they still consider them to be an investment form of silver if they are "accepted" as such by dealers in precious metals, even with the markings missing.

    Ruling took a loooong time to come back.
