I haver just bought a 1 oz gold Australian lunar series II mesurements is not the same as Perth mint states for the coin. THICKNESS 1.9mm DIAMETER 38.9mm Does anybody know if Perth mint varies the measurements on these coins because thy state Maximum diameter 39.34mm and Maximum thickness is 2.5mm. This coin is bought from the distributor in my country. Have anybody mesured the coin themselves?
Sorry but it was my first post on this forum. I just spoke to a tecnical manager at perth mint an he measured their master sample and it has the same dimentions that my coin. He sent me a mail with photos of the measuring. SO END OF THAT STORY. You have some people on any forum that have the need to complain about something.
