I have another couple of items for sale to the good folks at silverstackers. Item No 1 is a Cook Islands 1975 $100 Proof coin on card FDC grade featuring ' Bicentenary Return To England From Second Voyage 1775' James Cook his ship and George III, with QE II on the other side. 9.60 Grams of 900/1000 Fine gold so .2778 AGW according to my catalogue. With the current gold price being displayed as $2688 on ABC Bullion website, I calculate that the spot price for this coin at the present is $746 and change ( maths was not a strong subject for me at school, so if my calculations are incorrect, please let me know.) SALE PRICE FOR THIS COIN IS $746 plus $7 registered postage I also have the blue velvet type case available for this coin, some wear but still good condition, if you would like it included then there will be a $12 postage charge, as the item will need to be sent parcel post. Item No 2 is a 1883s Queen Victoria Young Head Shield Sovereign in better than Fine grade but not quite VF, so conservatively graded as gFine. The coin has a couple of small insignificant scratches on the obverse which can be seen in the photo, otherwise a nice and scarce coin. Some dealers are selling the common St George bullion sovereigns for more than the $710 that I am asking for this Shield Sovereign coin. Postage is at cost, $7 for a padded registered envelope. Terms of sale are: payment first into my bank account then shipment, no exceptions. I decide who I sell the items to. Face to Face is possible at Watergardens or Caroline Springs Shopping Centres if you are local. Please buzz if you wish to buy, either on my sales thread of by PM. Thank you for looking.
