Hi, I have for sale two of these coins from my SMSF. I'm hoping to take some profit in gold to balance out my losses in shares :(

each coin is 2oz of 9999 gold, $200 face value, 2010 Perth Mint Lunar Tiger.

in great condition in plastic capsules but they aren't proof coins they're just regular lunars.

round 50 not for sale, that's mine not my super fund's haha I am not parting with any silver right now.

Fiat only with bank deposit to my SMSF bank account confirmed before shipping. No F2F thanks.

What the heck even is a fair price for these babies? I'm finding it hard to get a handle on premiums right now because everything is out of stock, the only other 2oz gold lunars I have seen available are over $6000 but that seems too high?

Lets say they're $6000 each including platinum shipping in australia, until I learn more and feel free to present offers below, I'll reserve right to refuse an offer lower than a price I state in this thread.

Tax invoice will be supplied, everything above board.

    sorry about my poor photography

Okay so I thought about it more and I think $6000 is too high...
However I'm still looking for a premium of something like $200-250 over spot for these,
so like as I write spot is $2700, So I'd like $5650 per coin.
Total price for both $11200, and I'll include postage.

I also have low premium bars in my fund that I could sell if I wanted to sell for closer spot price so if you think these are just bullion and the premium is too high, talk to me about the certicards not the coins

A few members expressed interest in my gold bars. I actually came here to sell the lunars not the bars... what I SAID was that IF I wanted to sell close to spot then I would sell bars not coins so stop lowballing me on them.
but ok, here are some more pics of shiny shiny gold certicard-back.jpg certicard-front.jpg certicards back.jpg certicards front.jpg

update: I have sold two of the certicards. I'd probably be happy to sell the other three as well (spot + $50 + postage), but then I'd want to keep the tigers because I still want to hold some physical au in my fund.

yeah i was trying to work out what the premium was when I bought them... back then I didn't care so I didn't record details like what the spot price was so it's kind of a tricky and boring research to do tbh
are you saying that $200 premium is too much? because that's what I have settled on and have a buyer, I don't think I am ripping them off? I'm not trying to

variable and opaque premiums, hard to find out market value, a pain to stack... I'm so sick of lunars tbh

Don't-I think your premium over spot at the moment in more than fair-specially for lunar coins compare with dealers-hopping you will sell to someone who love lunar coins...
Edit: I love it ,but run out of fiat at the moment...

I think 200 even 250 over the spot is a fair price, on top of it, these babies do shop up very often, hope it goes well...

I am personally sad knowing that some are offering spot for these type of coins!

    Anyway, free bump!
