Does anyone know of any Australian bullion dealers that sell fractional platinum?

If not, is there anywhere else you can purchase it for a reasonable price?

Don't know about bullion dealers, but a lot of the coin shops will have at least some of the smaller fractional platinum coins available.

As for 'reasonable prices', that all depends on your definition of 'reasonable'

One mans 'reasonable' is another man's 'ripoff'

One thing I have noticed is that the prices with the 1/10 oz and 1/20 is as high now as it was when the platinum price was $300 more.

Pt always has/had high premium especially for fractional coins so "reasonable" has not much meaning there.

Perth mint has recently released a 1/10 platinum round.

Currently unavailable I believe, but it's nice to have the option
