Call out to our European stackers -
How easy is it to get uncracked rolls of previous year lunars (more recent ones like horses, snakes, rabbits) and what prices are they going for approximately? I have some rolls I'd like to sell in about 18 months when I'm over there again (Germany) but would like to know if it is worth the effort (i.e. if they actually sell more than in Aus)

    Thanks

They buy them over there, but tax is what kills Silver sales in Germany. The collectors I met were more interested in Aussie Gold, especially old poured bars.

Try to import it and custums will charge you in best case 7%.
If you cant argue that wha it must be 7% they charge you 19%.
If you choose the green exit and theydo not recognice your silver you pay nothing.
If you use the green exiT and you did not declare your silver they charge you a a penaltity of additionally
19%. If the best happens to you you pay nothing, in worst case you have to pay 38%.
So decide if its worth the risk you are going

I think you can compare prices on ebay.de

Their prices seem quite low as it is, so I doubt it will be worth your trouble (and risk).

I'm assuming that's 7/19% of spot price? Otherwise how would they know the value?
