Gotta love how the ECB/IMF aren't taking losses on the bonds they are holding but the Greek pension funds are.

Our chancellor Merkel keeps on telling us that there is no alternative to saving the euro
and that there is no alternative for the german taxpayer to garantee for that
otherwise Europe is threatened by war
So now again we rescued the euro
    and now
    hurra the Euro is save
until tomorrow, then we have to garantee another couple of trillions to greece, and than maybe Italy and ....

But what will happen if those garantees are due?

I think you'll find that the rumours of Germany returning to the Deutschmark will gain ground now. I think it is shocking that Merkel is using the excuse off avoiding war.

People, what is a trillion. It is just play money nowadays. A trillion here and there makes the world goes around.

Don't worry about italy and spain and the rest, they are fine, we always have more trillions to bail them out.

I bet the people of Europe look forward to their 10 Euro litre of milk, and 15 Euro loaves of bread.

I do not think Germany returns to the Deutsche Mark. For one it won't solve the problem. It is still Fiat Money
on the other hand the direction the goverment is heading is a different one.

At the monent we are building the United Deps of Europe.
Which means that every country is garanteeing for the other ones, but without control of their politiks.
The problem of Greece is not their spending but their income.
Greece is a very poor country with very rich citizen. But paying taxes and or to support the puplic good is not a greek virtue.
Most germans don't feel the concequences of those garantees yet. And in general the willingness to strike is not that high in Germany.
One of those "Preusischen Tugenden" (old german virtues) is that we are doing what our leader is telling us to:rolleyes:
Thats why the situation is still very quite. It might change once the Germans realise where we are heading.
And then even the goverment might change their position.
Until then we taking over warrenty for everyone.

Maybe you are interested to know why we gave up the Deutsche Mark in the first place. Even though most politican deny it, it is an open secret that was one of the concession we made in return for the German Reunion. In 1989 Germany was still a occupied country. There where 400000 US, French and Britisch Soldiers and 400000 Russian Soldiers still stationed in Germany at that time. Nowadays there are fare less amerikan, french and britisch soldiers and no russian soldiers stationed in Germany.

But back to Euro. I think it will still take some time bevor is crashes. By now they are discussing to accept help from China. Personally I don't think this is a good idea.
When the Euro crashes, rumors has it that we might get a North Euro (maybe we are getting the Taler back:p)

There is a huge difference between the Nazies and Socialist.

Right now we are not ruled by socialist, the coalition is CDU and FDP
You can discribe the FDP as people who represent the high finance
    and the CDU are konservatives.

The IMF, ECB and WTO are socialist bureaucracies, financial invading forces taking over countries like Greece and soon Italy and Spain. The two headed one party governments of today are puppets to the Jewish banksters who are not about capitalism; they're about centralisation, Marxist style

Today I could have bought a lunch for 15 euros, but I bought one for 14 euros.

    EURO SAVED :)

Thought this might fit here - regardless of whether it was posted before (and whether it is true - seem to be rumours until now) :
