Ethereum has pros and cons like any speculative asset. It has utility, people use it and develop with it. I'm sure you already that, I don't understand what you are asking because the question can be applied to all crypto. Price go up, sell, buy when cheap makes monies....
Last cycle ETH/BTC bottomed once QE began, however I believe ETH/USDT bottomed some weeks later. If ETH isn't a relic, it should see an ATH. Buy when there's hate on an asset.
That could be true, but any move by the Fed would also see the price of BTC appreciate so while we may see a rise in the price of ETH, when priced in BTC there could still be blood. While ETH may have some utility there are probably a host of alternatives out there that function better and without the associated grifters pumping the token for capital gain. https://www.techtarget.com/searchcio/tip/Top-smart-contract-platforms-to-consider
Fairly lousy performance when compared to BTC Etfs shows that investors are largely unimpressed with ETH as an asset:
Do agree ETH has less utility but in a full blown Altcoin season mania rally, any and all shitcoins tend to outperform BTC. Then it all comes crashing down again until the next cycle repeats itself. For now, BTC dominance is still trending up but will turn downward eventually
There's a school of thought that most alts are going to zero. And ETH is going to be the one that is going to be hardest hit.
^^ Apart from a few alts, I'm leaning towards this line of thinking. Also, "alt-season" is a thing of the past and btc is all you really want/need.
