Bananas are bad for your health!
This guy does a really good job of stripping away the veil of the environmentalist's propaganda.

Absolutely no relevance to a bunch of past threads on here.

Eating too many bananas gives me wicked flatulence. My gf has banned me from eating them at least 12 hours before bed so I can only really have them at breakfast and only on workdays.

You are possibly eating them too green. I made that mistake once and boy did the wind just. not. stop.

Something to do with them being digested in the wrong place or somesuch. Anyway it was lesson learned for me.

I say we place a tax on you for flagrantly flatuating highly dangerous radioactive banana gas everywhere. :p

Also place a tax on the disposal of Banana skins in local dump sites, license banana growers as well and ensure that Banana workers have the appropriate training and HasMat gear to handle such dangerous goods.

Spanner should be investigated as well for the promotion of biological weapons.

Shut it all down, it's just not worth the risk to the little childrens.

It doesn't really seem to matter. I've eaten them from anywhere between green to turning brown with the same result. The common theme seems to be the quantity. Eating three or more bananas can clear a room faster than a Nicole Kidman movie

I often have 15+ bananas in a day and never have a problem, although once I had some unripe ones and had a bad time lol.

Want to know why Global Warming exists ? I mean besides all the convenient Taxes and Control it can provide.

    Thermometer:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermometer

    Little Ice Age:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Ice_Age

    Bolding mine.

Take a look at the time lines there, is it any wonder that with the development of an accurate yardstick to measure something by, a benchmark for what the temperature should be is established? So as we emerge from the LIA and all of the historical empirical temperature records show a warming of the planet (which conveniently coincides with the utilisation of fossil fuels) the finger is pointed at a correlation rather than any proof whatsoever of causation.

SX...Seems like one of Australia's leading climate change skeptics who was very skeptical about climate change decided to do his own research to prove to himself what the actual situation was.

Done his research an much to the astonishment of fellow skeptics, he changed his opinion.

The Hudson Bay Trading Company has kept accurate weather records since 1714 at York and Churchill which include such recordings of the days when snow fell, when rain fell and also when the first snow fell..The thermometers used at these two trading posts were precision made in Germany and even today are regarded as being extremely accurate.

Don't close your mind yet M8 all the evidence is still not in.

    Regards Errol 43

HIS NAME IS RICHARD MULLER ...Google it or UTube it..Interesting to say the least.

The guy is a Chameleon, the best example of this is his efforts with BEST (Berkely Earth Surface Temperature project) You can look up the contradictions yourself of him proclaiming to be a skeptic prior to the so called project taking place and compare them with previous statements he has made.
Here is just a small taste

I am pretty familiar with the whole show errol on both sides. It's probably not a surprise to you that people on both sides of the debate rake in a hell of a lot of money spouting "expert advice" for news groups to sell as both scare campaigns and political/business agendas. I know this subject has been raked over numerous times here but I have a little spare time on my hands at the moment and the old thread is becoming a bit stale with endless green propaganda articles being cut and pasted as if it is proof undeniable of an imminent emergency. There is also a lot of previous information that has been lost due to SS site overhauls and the deletion of the once upon a time GD discussion threads that is no longer available for perusal.

I think people need to grasp an understanding of Empirical Science as opposed to green washing and propaganda. Get a real grip on the actual age of the planet and what has gone before we as humans had even a basic understanding of the processes of earth science and ecosystems. 90 % of people do not even know what went on a mere 15,000 years ago let alone what has happened in recorded history in one part of the planet, as recorded by one lot of people, as influenced by one religion, as influenced by successive monarchs and financial regimes.
The post above of the invention of the thermometer and the LIA coincidence is but one example that has led us to the current story we are living at the moment.

    The Club Of Rome,
    http://www.onenation.com.au/hot-top...nding-agenda-21-a-k-a-sustainable-development

Probably not the best source for this forum but one that displays a clear understanding.

Maurice Strong: If you really want to know the background of Agenda 21 and it's motives then go research this guy and his links to "Global Warming" and the resultant policy's embraced by Govt's worldwide.

Socialists have jumped aboard this train from day one, The Green movement has been an advocate and assistant all the way. Any basic research will show the origins of Australia's own Greens to be nothing more than that as well.

The all out pursuit of Global governance and a lucrative stream of income for an assistant global banking elite has seen more damage done to the worlds environment in the last 40 years than I think most people could imagine. While the west was distracted with the shiny thing of self blame and culpability of controling the planets climate whole swathes of rainforest were felled in south America and Asia, Genocide took place in the Balkans and Rwanda, Sadam gassed Halabja, etc etc but we all slept well at night knowing that plastic bags and Polar bears were being dealt with. Right ?

Funny how the greens are blaming it on someone else

Isn't it the greens that have had a big part in stopping back burning which helped reduce the fuel loads of the bush to avoid such events?

I'm sure a bush fire tax would fix the problem :p
Edit: just realised that's not funny after the flood tax lol.
