Email notifications going to spam?

    Silly thing but I'm out of ideas at my end, so asking for help if anyone would know how to fix this...

    So for some reason all email notifications from SS are going to spam folder. They used to come to my gMail inbox fairly reliably - although there was sometimes a longish lag but eventually they came through. But now, a couple of weeks or so ago, they all started going to spam mail. No matter if I tell my gMail that "this is not spam" and tell it to stop filtering SS mails, they always end up to spam without exception. I have not changed email address and the O/S & browser are also the same. Anyone else seen this?

    The messages are seemingly coming from the same [email protected] as always.

    Definitely it's been happening to me as well for the past week and a half...
    I thought it was to do with the new phone (which happened around the same time), but apparently not.

    Thank for the post.
    I was also wondering about missing notifications.
    just checked my gmail spam folder and there they all were.
    I am a technological moron and have no idea how this happened or how to fix.

    I've checked the "and receive email notifications" box to see if it happens with my email account.

    If this is a forum based issue I know GP will be keen to fix it, it's just a matter of when will he as he is obviously heavily involved in other matters.

    If someone just wants to post here to test it that would be great.

    Thanks, I'm not getting email notifications at all - not even in Junk @goldpelican.

    There is a problem with some inboxes rejecting incoming emails from this site, I'm not sure if there is a fix or if this is related to the issue being discussed here.

    You can add SS email notification to your Approved Senders List and it should allow them to be sent to you Focused box next time.

    It appears to be fixed, nothing from SS in my spam folder - all the notifications are now going directly to the primary inbox :)
    I don't know what happened or what was done, but it worked

    Divine intervention?

    I'm not getting them but that could be related to the problem I mentioned above.

    Yes success! Fixed here as well - started by default going to "Promotions" but that's easy to sort. Thank you divine intervention a.k.a. @goldpelican ;)
