It is a scum by any means. That Russian address doesn't contain street, house and a flat numbers. Chelyabinsk is a very big city! PS If you want something from Russian - just contact me. Just keep pestering for the return address, and also contact eBay telling them you're having trouble returning an item that is obviously a fake and not as described in the original listing. Make sure you have everything documented, so that will ensure PayPal will side with you when you open a dispute claim later on.
