Anyone been experiencing problems with Ebay in the last 24 hours? I can't get any of the usual functions to work.No image change when I click on it .No enlargement of pic.I can't even send a question to seller! Countdown clock to end of auction is not working ..etc .etc.
    Sheesh!

Did you disable javascript or anything in your browser?

No, java is something different to javascript. Not likely to be the cause here.

The things like "click to enlarge" require javascript to be enabled in your browser. This is already enabled by default. Have you fiddled around with the security settings in your browser? The tightest security levels have javascript disabled.

What about browser plugins or firewall software? Anything you installed lately that could have broken your browser.

What browser are you using? If your using IE you could try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Opera (all free).

You can go to this page: http://www.cyscape.com/showbrow.aspx

It will perform a browser test to see if javascript is enabled. There is section titled "Scripting Capabilities" with a field called "JavaScriptEnabled" this should be "true".

If you are getting "false" or "Not detectable with JavaScript disabled" then you have your answer. You would need to re-enable javascript through your browser's options menu.

Well, I'm out of ideas then :/

(To double-check in Firefox menu: Tools -> Options -> Content -> Enable Javascript checkbox.)

Update your browser also as a precaution. Clear you internet cache and all your temp files there may be something going on in there ?

CCleaner is a good tool for cleaning up a lot of cr4p...
