Is it just me or do others find Downies customer service a joke, every time you send them a email it takes 5-6 days if not longer to get a reply, place a order and it takes twice as long to get as it would from anyone else. Purchased something and when it was received im sure it had been previously opened!! Downies get your act together !!!
I have to disagree I have had nothing but good experiences with Downies. Have never had an issue and they have always helped in securing hard to get coins to complete a series (e.g. Gods/Goddesses of Olympus). Why not just ring them up then there will be no need to wait for an email?I found the postage charges fair and delivery time ok. Had a few problems with Perth Mint but that's a different story...
Well opposite for me, never has a problem with PM Yes agree Downies do/did help secure a series but that's about all they have done well
