I suppose it's only a question I can ask myself and I feel that I do. In Spanner's etiquette thread my comment about folks crapping on other's sales thread was inappropriate. I made the comment when a SS member sales thread had to be cleaned up because of a failed ebay auction. If I offended or pissed anyone off I am sincerely sorry. When I joined SS I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread and still do. However, at times the mob mentality seems to take over and it is not a pretty site in my eyes. But that is only my opinion and one I should have kept to myself. I am only a guest here and see it as a privilege to be a part of this community. I don't want to have the reputation of being an ass. Unnecessary apology not accepted. Wait until you actually insult somebody before saying sorry. Making a general suggestion about trading etiquette doesnt qualify for an apology. I must say though that its rather refreshing to see someone from the US display some humility.
I still don't exactly know what you are apologising for? If it is for your opinion, then a friendly reminder that that is what forums are for. Without opinions the forum wouldn't amount to much.
Well I'm glad I can amuse by being an apologetic American. I was only being courteous and I'll leave it at that.
I do not recall the events you are talking about but a person humble enough to consider others and be open like you have. You are OK in my book. relax. and let the good times roll.
