I do intend on making a purchase when i wouldn't have otherwise today but note that the advertising can be misleading. Dealer prices generally fluctuate with the movements in spot price and, while any discount is appreciated, some dealers indicate greater savings today than are actually occurring. For the coins that I have been watching, the regular price is stated as $X when recent movements have seen it lower than the indicated 'regular' pricing. Acknowledging that the premiums for cyber Monday has decreased slightly, it is nowhere near the significant savings that are being advertised. Participation in Cyber Monday is appreciated but it is acknowledged that while this is another advertising event, honesty in advertising is also appreciated. That said, we do love you dealers regardless - i promise!
If you take the price of coin/bar then take the spot price out and forget about it all together, then just focus on the premium, say it's usually $20 on a 10oz bar but they reduce it to $10, that's 50% off the premium, not 50% of the dealers profit but more like 80% to breaking even, maybe you'll appreciate it more than looking at it as was $220 now $210, but if you knew a little about pm's then you wouldn't have had your rant
Well that seemed to go smoothly - what a day to have a sale on, right before spot rocketed like that! Hoping everyone that bought got a bargain and woke up with a smile on their face this morning when they saw spot.

And the GSR touched 80 for a few seconds, sadly I missed that but still got a decent rate for a swap despite the team being busy.
