I'm having a tough time with these guys. I was really happy but they seem to have dropped the ball lately. Can't recommend.

I'm in the process of withdrawing all my funds.

These words on their website triggered my BS alarm bells!

"Buy 80+ Coins at True Cost
    No fees, No markups"

We live on love and fresh air:rolleyes:

Update: have been in constant contact with them for 6 days requesting that they look into my missing deposit. Basically they've been telling me that it takes 1 - 4 days to process NPP deposits, which is a pile of shit as NPP payments are near instant and what's the point of having a crypto account if it's slower than mainstream banking? The girl I was in contact with wants me to send a copy of my latest bank statement as proof that I deposited the funds, I've already supplied a screenshot of my bank's receipt but that wasn't enough apparently. I'm not going to send them my bank statement as it has my purchase history and they don't need to see that, I've done a screenshot of the deposit from the statement but that's not enough apparently.

Bottom line, they don't care. Suspecting that they're running the risk of being insolvent. I'll contact ACFA tomorrow and lodge a complaint, hopefully their licence will be revoked. It's $100 so I'm willing to be a stubborn old c... and not concede.

    Scammers.

I'm in a similar position with a fiat deposit on huobi (dot) com. They were / are fine with crypto to crypto transactions.

They use a 3rd party company to accept fiat deposits. It took two months and multiple support tickets for my deposit to arrive. When it finally did arrive I tried to buy crypto with it and there were multiple error messages. Support basically told me not to deposit fiat again.
