I actually sold my CCU shares to buy a second tranche or CAS when they the share price spread was in my favor. So CAS is holding my CCU allocation untill Cobar strengthens up (after the sept quarter probably). And as ive said above, I believe anything under 35c is a good buy IMO

What i mean is that there are trading platforms/programs that some people use that show the number of buy orders and sell orders for a particular stock. Etrade doesnt do that.. all i can see is the last 10 trades.

Crusader makes me moist. Announcement on the 15th: Crusader directors and executive team agree to a 20% reduction in salaries. "The executive team and directors have agreed to a 20% reduction in salaries in direct reflection of current market conditions. Other changes have been made during the review with significant reduction in other outgoings." How nice of them. I remember reading that their cost per ton for the iron ore at Posse is around $35? Delicious. Production from borborema gold project is still a while away im assuming.. This leaves plenty of time for the gold price to recover. Its good that they are not in production and having to sell their gold at these everyday low prices.

I own shares in CAS and BDR - both have substantial reserves in Brazil
There are a few other asx companies in Brazil but these are my fav.

Brazil is hosting the soccer world cup (2013) and the olympics(2016)

Only 2 buy orders right now. One for 43000 shares at .19 and one for 3500 shares at .165. Lots of sell orders.... not good.

    Stink bid it for 8c
Im holding this one, they have cash flow from Posse - so need to see the quarterly numbers for production.

Im not entirely sure what you mean by this. You have a bid in to buy CAS shares at 8c if it goes that low? REALLY doubt it will go below 15c.

In the commsec video above the executive director of Crusader mentions capital raising. Surely CAS won't go to the market to raise capital now that Posse is in production and they have access to the first $10,000,000 out of the $20,000,000 available from macquarie Bank?. What do you guys think?

Theres not much info in the March quarterly report so we will have to wait until July I guess. Im happy with this stock, might buy more if it goes down to 17c or so but I will sell if they go to the market to raise capital with the share price at a low like it is now.

A stink bid is a bid you place deliberately lower than your expectation where you are happy to buy at that price. You use a stink bid in the environment explained above (no or few bids) so if someone wants to get rid of a parcel - they could spike the share price down to your bid.

I did this a few times in the juniors when the corrections were on.

I need to see how much money Posse is generating,

Capital can be raised a few different ways
    Sale of Asset
J/Vs or Buy-Ins to core or non-core assets
    Debt
    Bond Issuance
    Institutional Placement
    Options Issuance/placement
    Share Purchase Plan

Id have to watch the video again, but think about this - they have been around for years and have far less shares on issue than most junior prducers. The didnt get that way by multiple share purchase plans.

If you bought under 35c this stock is holding up well
40% or so down is pretty good compared to others.
I must admit i am slightly ticked off at how long the DFS is taking to release.
Also anxious about the security of cashflow from Posse.

CAS dont sell iron to china, so china slowdown and iron ore price has less effect on Crusader than other miners

"Crusader resources requests an immediate trading halt of all its securities, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the Posse Iron project."

Do you guys have an idea what the announcement could be about? Certainly can't be good. :|

    Most probably
Posse full license to 1mtpa - yay or nay

    Freaky Outside Chance
Protest Disruption (Posse is just of a main high way, in the same province as some of the trouble, so hopefully the protectors arent sabotaging resource mines to force a stop to construction for world cup/olympics)

    Wow, shock to the system
Cas was served an injunction - I smell a sabotage attempt. Was quashed quickly, hopefully just a bump on the road and we never hear anything like that again.
