Yes it's a shame that mods won't alter the individual posts that are trashy in a thread. But also understand they too have a life... People here need to stay controlled in their attitudes to each other.

It worries me that individual livelihoods and freedoms hang in the balance of two childless, career-driven, blue-pill popping, menopausal women.

Shame on anyone for criticising Bill Gates! Public figure heads should be given some grace - they're just trying to help!

    $ure he want$ to immuni$e the world$ population - but it'$ to protect u$ - nothing more, nothing le$$.

He's not the only one who thinks a vaccine is required to create a safer and better world for us all. Like Bill, I have no medical qualifications but that hasn't stopped me from producing my own vaccine... It's only 30ccs of oxygen injected directly into the blood stream - perfectly safe, Bill!

Researchers have shown that, like aluminium, Oxygen in high concentrations can be harmful - but the quantity of oxygen in the vaccine is so small that it pales into insignificance when compared to the average daily intake of oxygen for most children and adults.

Some side effects may include: Myocardial infarction, Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) and respiratory failure, but these cases are rare and no conclusive evidence was found by 'STKR'S institute of immunology' (SII), which gives credence to such claims.

Is it safe to assume that you are so confident in the safety of your vaccine that you wouldn't require the government to prevent victims from suing you?

Vaccines are a new world invention and I'm not getting any. Humans have survived history without them.

    and ...

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-05-19/dr-ruth-vine-on-coronavirus-mental-health-challenges/12261992

    https://www.sbs.com.au/news/austral...-surge-due-to-economic-fallout-of-coronavirus

Plus plenty of other articles if one does a google search.

So it raises the question...should the relevant politicians and public servants who created and implemented the policies that create the environment which leads to an increase in suicides be held legally accountable for their actions???

Whilst it is still early days with regards to the impact of Govt policy on society re suicide rates in Australia / other countries and I'm always cautious of any "modelling" to predict the future rates of X, Z or Z issue, however it would be reasonable to suggest that some level of suicides in recent times could be attributed to the coronavirus and Govt lock downs / restrictions and Govt / media PR approach....

If a company has / puts in place policy and procedure that puts their employees at an increased risk of injury (physical or physiological) and or death, then there are State and Commonwealth laws to address such events in Australia. In France in Dec 2019, the former CEO of France Telecom (and other executives) were found guilty of practices that caused the suicide of 35 employees back in the 2000's.

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/jackke...in-the-suicides-of-35-employees/#346e813e6419

So, if Govt and the public service instigates policies on society (due to coronavirus or other issue) and those policies result in an increase in suicide rates attributable to such policies, should the politicians and public servants be held legally accountable for their actions which have caused so much distress for some, that they ended their own life??

One could argue the other way and say that if the Govt did nothing (re coronavirus) or took a minimal approach such as in Sweden, then the Govt would be responsible for any deaths attributed to coronavirus?? If, yes then a Govt should be held accountable for not taking action re all forms of preventable death ie ban cars to prevent deaths from traffic accidents, ban alcohol and cigarettes etc and the list goes on. It's a complicated question to deal with.

Our politicians are making such decisions every day be it how much they spend on health care and medicine subsidiaries (to where and when they send our troops to fight (and die) both of which are life and death decisions. Sadly, we can't vote out the public servants who advise our politicians and worse still that come next election, many will blindly line up and vote for a certain politician or party regardless of their actions in the past that have caused so much personal and economic pain to society.

My sons father in law was talking to one of our county commissioners and he suggested that he also go without pay while he has the public shut down.
He said he couldn't afford to do that, he has 2 kids in college.
It astounds me that this man is still breathing.

I don't believe it's complicated at all. In the past we've always had people dying from flu, colds, pneumonia and all sorts of things, but we didn't blame the politicians. However, if politicians step in and make changes that cause deaths then they should be held accountable. Our politicians are now killing people and they know it!! :(
