There might not be water. If the power grid goes down, depending where you are, no water is pumped.

The solution is to fill the bath with water for flushing and use toilet paper and wet ones to keep your butthole clean.

Also to save water, drink vodka!!!

‘Things like water or electricity utility at grid level is unlikely to go offline. As national emergency measure will take over and it will be fixed as per any national emergency.

However if your home or apartment have a localised issue not sure who will come out.

‘Consider what will happen if you have a isolated issue with NBN (just you on the street or building).... it’s not a national emergency, will your RSP be able to get a contractor out to you in a timely manner, defying government orders to stay home, if such measures are used here like in Daegu South Korea..... Unlikely

Say what you will about China, they shutdown a city of 11 million and basically stopped the nation.

South Korea and the rest of world watched with South Korea getting a rude awakening.

Australian politicians still have their heads buried in the sands and pissed away 40 days of warning that China gave us.

And a burden of economy and ecology. Just another example of the ways of old being replaced with "innovation" (code word for laziness)

    In Shipping news.....

200,000 twenty foot containers are sitting idle around the world, this equate to 600 million dollar loss to the industry that transport $600 billion dollars worth of merchandise per month.

30% of container ships have cancelled their voyages to Chinese ports in Feb 2020 and more are forecasted to cancel.
In Feb 53% of ships in Chinese ports are leaving with less than 60% full of containers.

Reuters... The world’s biggest container line Maersk (MAERSKb.CO) warned on Thursday that the coronavirus outbreak would weigh on earnings this year, adding to pressure on a sector already hit by trade wars and an economic slowdown.
“We are experiencing huge pressure at (Chinese) port terminals because there aren’t enough workers at the ports to move the containers around, not enough truck drivers to move the goods, and no one to receive them at the factories or warehouses,” Maersk’s chief executive Soren Skou told reporters on Thursday.

China Post .... Shipments from the Middle East, China’s largest source of the commodity, were 280 million deadweight tonne cargo miles on February 5, a mere 12 per cent of the 2.32 billion DWT

lol this guys trying a very best not to alarm

January economist alarmed at mere 1.7 million cars sold 22% lower than last year,
February economist perplexed 20,000 so far 97% down lower than last year
    5. Shanghai traffic 5% of February 2019
