So how much work would you copper lovers do to get free copper???

There is a 40 to 50 year old commercial copper hot water system at my wife's work. (a motel)

It is REALLY REALLY heavy and so big the door frames would need to be removed and put back to get it out of the room it is in. There could be hundreds of kilos in it.

If someone was interested, I could ask the owner for it for free, but the person who takes it would need to drive to Mittagong NSW 2575 to get it, they would need to get it out of the room by removing the door frames and replacing them, and would need 3 or 4 people to help get it on a ute....

    How keen are you? :)

Should this be re-named the Copper Stackers & Hernia Support Group?

I asked the owner, and if someone is keen, they can have the hot water system!

Too difficult to cut in half long ways so you don't have to mess with the door frames?
