All North Korean coins will melt pretty quickly, once the Thermo-Nuclear war starts ...

It is North Korea country badges. North koreas had 3 mints which the country badges was used in early year of one of the mints. Later the nk central bank take over the minting duty replace with building at reverse side of coins.

The brass coin of early year ranging from 5 k to 20 k mintage. The recent year brass coin is 3 k mintage.

In 80 to 90s which Europe countries were their distributors which mintage are high. In 00s Asia countries are their distributors which mintage is lower than early years.

The brass coins should be around usd15 to usd20 if I am not wrong but hardly see it selling in public as when the tension between North Korea and USA.

    Hope this information help
