The thing to remember with coins from the PM is that "unavailable" does not mean sold out.
PM do not mint 5000 of these coins in one hit as that doesn't allow any other coin to be minted. They mint them in dribs and drabs, more will be available shortly and probably will be for a few more weeks.
When the "sold out" note appears on the coin on their website, then they are sold out online but more than likely they are still available at the PM shop itself.

4 green dragons???---No blue, black, or anything else--Perth Mint is lazy as fu**---like the 2nd and 5th though---the first one will be worth the most--IMO

This is not what i expected the 5 dragon coin set to be. St george and the dragon? Didn't really strech their imaginations much, a 3 headed dragon? No Hydra, no Wyrm,no lindworm or tibetan dragon! I'm definatly thinking of giving the rest of the so called set a miss.

Agreed---the first one is great---they phoned the rest in--like I said lazy--a nice blue dragon would really have stood out---purple even

I'm giving this series a big miss. The probabilities of taking a loss exceed those of making a profit so I'm out !

Ya the green color really sucks. There is going to be a "European Green Dragon" I believe. But this is a mistake. What are they doing trying to save money on paint? Hopefully these aren't the final colors for the four remaining dragons.

I actually think these look pretty cool ! , some of the colored perth coins have grown on me the past few years ,I used to think they were god awful ugly. I will have to see the actual coins to really judge them. I wish they would make a this series in just a non colored proof coin or something maybe even a bit cheaper without the color.

Has anyone seen this coin in person? I've seen a photo of the actual coin on ebay and I'm not impressed. Any opinions? I'm thinking about cancelling my order.

So, let me get this straight.

You want the Perth Mint to make MORE dragon coins?

I put the one I got up yesterday and made not that keen on the series so when I got mine from impulse web buying listed and sold in under an hour for a small profit cant complain but if you in perth they still had some at the retail shop when I was there yesterday

Just got mine, I actually like this coin I think it looks pretty cool , a mean looking SOB . Mine is in pristine condition with nice mirrored fields and noce frosted background. I think i would maybe still want a proof version of this as well or a low cost bullion version , but overall I like it.

This image might give some insight to future designs of the series.

I love the design. Not sure yet which is my favorite dragon but all of them are well designed.

I got a couple of the dragons when first released. The Welsh Dragon is a great looking design, one Pug or Macros would be happy to ride. Would be nice if it did the Red Back thing, but cant see it, $107 is already to much for these coins. But if someone wants to give me $1000 for an ounce of silver, bring it on. :p
