I came to the city with my son today to look at some storage units he might buy and figured id come since I havent been out here for a few years now.

We have stopped at 5 pawn shops so far today and all were higher prices than ive ever seen! Why would anyone pay that for second hand bullion? Is it this way everywhere with an added on 20 percent premium? Holy shit man.
Since when do pawn shops have such precious used junk that it sells for more than new?
I used to love pawn shops for deals but i guess those days are long gone and there were no deals to be found.

It makes me appreciate my lcs that much more when he hooks me up.

Check out Silver Seeker on YouTube. He called some LCS & some pawn shops asking what they would buy Silver for. As expected, the pawn shops offered ridiculously low buy back prices compared to LCS

Pretty much the same thing going on over here with the pawnshops, Johnno.

So I have not even bothered to go inside one of these establishments for longer than I care to remember.

And the majority of the coins and collectibles shops over here are the same, charging like wounded bulls.

I think most of this can be contributed to the fact that most of these businesses sell their stock on eBay and other online selling platforms
where they can get the ridiculous asking prices for their merchandise, so they don't give a stuff if their prices are too high for a lot of the walk-in customers.
