    That's what scares me away from any cryptos, etc. You can lose it all in an instant and have no real recourse.

    I already posted this in the Crypto Bubble thread, but perhaps it does deserve it's own thread due to the severity of this

    I wouldn't imagine anyone here uses it, as it's a Japanese exchange

    From what I understand, I don't think any users have been impacted? I think the actual exchange have taken the hit, and not their users, but I could be wrong

    Maybe Tether hacked them, as they just happened to generate that much more money after the hack. :p

    They could create a always create a new coin, value it at a dollar and give it back to punters.

    Though more likely they are buying time to figure out if they are bankrupt or could they get the NEM back to payback.

    I bet all the users would have loved it, if they were covered by government regulation.
