G'day Stackers, After a lot of chasing and asking questions I may have sourced a reliable supplier for the 9 piece coloured dragons and also the gold coloured dragon & silver dragon sets. I will wait until mine are delivered and then follow up if they are the goods. If anyone is interested in these, feel free to PM me and I can source prices out for you and go from there. Again I will wait to confirm that mine come in good fashion and order before going ahead further with any other stackers orders etc... Just EOI at the moment. Will be at least 3 weeks until any orders would be able to be placed, but his prices are very reasonable.
Sounds good, keep us informed. Be great to have some contacts to source some of these coins. Shame I just purchased a set, but will probably be after a 2oz coloured dragon at some stage.
Will do mate, going to be away on holidays for 3 weeks but will keep near the computer when i can, and update when I can. Here are some pics of the Chinese release 1oz coloured dragon - just to whet your appetite The box is huge! There is a 1oz silver coin on top to compare size Inside is this lovely red coin holder, made of wood and covered in shiny red paint. The coin has a metal 'gold' ring around it, fits perfectly and they both fit inside the air-tite. Overall, awesome quality packaging with these chinese versions - puts the Perth Mint boxes to shame!
Why did I think that the red dragon was only going to be released in Australia and that the Chinese were getting nine coloured dragons (but none of them red)? I must have been dreaming!
ok guys, enough PM's sent now thanks. spoke to distributor before flying out on wedsnesday and he nis not keen on dealing to individuals.. so I would have to purchase and take everything on through him.. Not sure if I can do this, upon return from holidays I will make a descion and from there.. No more EOI/PM regarding this please. thanks
Hi Stackers, Thanks for all the enquiry's about the possible supply of chinese release dragons. Appreciate your patience. I'm currently away, still waiting for my delivery, the supplier noted a few days ago he only had limited amounts of stock left (mainly the 9 coin dragon sets) but also said he was not interested in dealing with others, only through me and to pass onto others acting as a supplier to me.. This was never my intention to onsell products, especially as im still waiting for my own to verify it's all good. I have decided it will be too much for me to take on with my own commitments at home, and any pieces would have to be paid for up front then sent to me then sent again to the buyers etc... As I posted this thread originally as an EOI, I never intended to make anypromises I couldn't keep. Still sorry if anyone got their hopes up on my account.. If my pieces arrive ok, I may consider purchasing some to onsell at a later date but won't post this until i have them in my hands to sell. Cheers everyone, at least I tried!!
