A prominent international lawyer says former US President George W. Bush, and former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair stand guilty of crimes against peace, war crimes and torture, Press TV reports.

In November 2011, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, in which Francis Boyle, a professor of international law at the University of Illinois, led the prosecution team, convicted Bush and Blair of crimes against peace and humanity, and genocide over their roles in the Iraq war.

On May 11, 2012, the tribunal also found Bush, former US Vice President Dick Cheney and former US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld guilty of the crime of torture.

They can say these things till their black and blue in the face, but the likes of Bush and Blair will never make it into a dock to face accountability. That would ONLY occur should the USA ever lose a war and then be held accountable for the actions of their leaders or past actions of their past leaders. This will not be happening in the forseeable future, irrespective of how warrented or how obvious the evidence might be.

As guilty as they may be. They'll never face trial.

Letting the criminals know we know their criminals is half the victory.

Like what Assange has tried to do????? Look at what's happening to him in the process of letting the criminals know that they were being caught out.

"Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal" is not a legitimate organisation. When the chairman of the organisation is a Muslim / Nazi sympathizer / antisemitic racist I don't think they hold any credibility in the world and are simply pushing the Jihad cause.

Its make believe. Its like me coming out and saying im a judge and im going to convict someone etc its a complete sham.

I guess we need respectable organisations (like the USA) and true justice (like Guantanamo style courts) pushing the "democracy" cause.......

Im not too what your point is about Assange. From my point of view Assange has seemed to have got a book deal and a few other goodies from this fiasco. He didnt really break any big news BTW. Just made it easier to find documents that were alreay public. I personally think Alex Jones has broken and exposed more info than assange has.

LOL You don't think the video "collateral murder" wasn't letting the "criminals" know??!! It sure as hell wasn't already public either. And had Alex Jones broken or exposed more info, he'd now either be hiding in an Equadorian embassy or else sharing a cell with Manning.

By the way, I'm not having a go at you hussman! Just a defence of Assange's actions.

If you ever meet them let them know exactly what you think of them.

If you are ever in a position to do them a disservice take it.

If you have the courage of your conviction make the most of what will probably be your only opportunity.

There are numerous video's on YouTube where people call out these criminals in public. "We are Change" is one YouTube search which will show some amusing results. People tend not to like to discuss their evil actions, and even if they have justified those actions in their own mind they don't like it when other people express an opinion that those actions were reprehensible in the eyes of good people.
