BRISBANE Mid Feb Auction and Trade Meet. EOI

    Ok brissy stackers, to save me time and because I'm slack, please read the Melbounre Monthly Meet Up (same deal) but for us up here.
    I want to get the ball rolling,
    I'm thinking of maybe finding a new venue or just staying at our old stomping ground near the Gabba.
    Weekend of the 18/19th of Feb afternoon. Not set yet and maybe a small fee for venue cost. More to follow.
    To get the meet pumping I'm thinking an auction would be good for some fun and laughs, maybe a bargain or two and for those who want to make some coin. I hope hiho can help run this (if that is cool mate).
    Unlike the Christmas party that never happened!! Metal will be very welcomed. :lol:
    I liked how Lee (Pikey) ran the last meets and I will be using the same guide lines ie, must have some good trade feedback and I will PM you time and place.
    First time I have done this, so I hope everyone is cool with it. Ideas are welcome.
    So who is keen?

    PS It was great to meet same of you guys at the coin fair last week.

    The place near the Gabba was ok, but if we could be in a section that couldn't get rained out next time, that would be good. The terrace wasn't under cover and once it started raining, there were few places to sit. :)

    I don't mind where it is. I would prefer the 18th, as I have a flight that leaves early morning 19th.... but as always I guess majority rules on the date :)

    Sounds great Lunty, thanks for the initiative - I might be able to prise myself away from the Sunny (not right now) Coast for some fun like that!

    18th or 19th OK for me, never went to the old venue so have no feedback for you there ;)

    Chris, sorry I've not been in touch earlier, I'll be in touch over the next few days with some potential venue details and contacts... I'll do my bit from the other side of the planet. Roll on March's meet, I'll be back :)
