Yeah, so far there are only 7 votes. We could still meet up but it would only have probably 3-4 people at most from that.
We have had stacker meets in the past. Usually aim for a bar with a private room upstairs that can be booked out for cheap. It is nice to get items out to show and sell but you don't want to walk into a bar full of strangers with $$$ in your backpack and start flashing it around. Also good if they sell booze and have food available, we had one catered and everyone paid upfront but that is probably not worth it unless they give you the room free. We have held auctions, run sessions on cleaning coins and had a few talks. Most people come to buy and sell though as well as just to catch up. Sadly I will be away but interested in how it goes because if there is interest I might be able to organise something similar north of Brisbane.
