    Hiho and I have recently been discussing a Brisbane stackers newsletter to go out to members across the network... I'll have a sign-up box available on the day for people to pop their email addresses and SS handles into for reference.

    This has some serious potential for members - I have previously spoke a little about it with people before and explained some of the potential benefits - plus it will help people draw on local knowledge and support from members.

    Yeah I love the idea of group buys.

    I know I'd be happy knowing a close group of people I can contact and go halves/thirds with on a larger purchase from another stacker/dealer so as to save a bit more on postage and not have to buy in bulk, but get bulk discounts :)

    "Idea for this meeting - post your trades in this thread, and we print the thread out and pin them up on a noticeboard, with sticky notes for latecomers. I've been bringing stuff but unless you walk around like a drug dealer going "Pssst! Wanna buy some scruffy Maples" you don't sell them."

    We'll need to be stealing this idea from GP I think!

    As per the first post by RD he wont send out the venue details until 24hours beforehand.... just as a safety measure seeing though there is always a bit of gold and silver floating around at meets.
