Is it really a crime? i don't see all the big financial companies all around the world getting in trouble. This is standard practice across the board.
yes it is illegal, and yes big financial companies have been prosecuted. if you believe that it isnt then you can argue your case in front of a jury, whether it goes on or not has no relation to if it is a crime.
haha yea like 1 guy in a big company gets a slap on the wrist and a small fine. don't be naive, all the big companies do it (and most smaller ones too). I'm not saying it's ok, but I'm in no disillusion that it doesn't happen all the time. But if you want to believe that our world consist of rainbows and unicorns and everyone does the right thing then go ahead.
the question is not if it goes on, we all know that it does. the question is is it a crime which the answer to is yes.
Anyway there are over 1000 crytpos alone and if you're going to get all fired up every time one does something "illegal" then you're going to be a very angry person. It is what it is, it's crypto world. That's why i got out a while ago, i didn't like what i was seeing across the board. You have the same choice accept it or get out. (note) i do keep a small amount of crypto on had, but i only have as much as I'm going to spend. I have a very different view from when i was looking to invest/speculate. That's also why fee cost is an issue for me, i do small transactions.
