A Buzz is an offer - it is not a contract until and unless the seller accepts your offer. Only then are you required to seek permission to renege on your contract. If you have formed a contract then you can not withdraw your Buzz (your offer) because it no longer exists. An offer is extinguished with the acceptance by the seller.

A Buzz, aka, an offer can be withdrawn - you do not need to seek permission to withdraw it. You have nothing to honour until it is extinguished and a contract is formed with the acceptance of your offer.

Even if you explicitly communicated that my offer will stand for 7 days - you can still withdraw it 5 minutes later - unless it was accepted within those five minutes. In which case there is no buzz to withdraw. There is contract that you want to out of.

The only time that you can be held to your offer is if you have an option contract to hold you to your offer and even that will have a definite period.

The seller is most likely trying to sort out who got what . Many items were incredibly low priced, so it is likely that he has numerous offers both public buzzes and PM that he is trying to sort out. You have significant selling experience and expertise in selling on the forum which enables you to respond quickly. So let us be patient with the seller.

    What a sale. :)
In the event , if , I will put numerous empty boxes and sort out accordingly with names of the buyers.
So not to confuse send to the wrong party.
This can happen if cares not taken.

    Have seen it happen. ;)

I have been in conversation with the seller and he has already received positive feedback by one South Australian Buyer.

So the seller is not MIA

Hi Stackers. I'm sorry about this very delayed follow up. Have been pretty busy with things, around the time I uploaded the original post I was in the middle of starting a new job and some other things were happening. Also got a bit overwhelmed with all the messages and comments, but I did do some successful sales via messages. After that I had a bad reaction to the astra vaccine, knocked me out for a few days. I did end up replying to all the messages during that time. But then I didn't end up getting back to this post and saying what's left til now. I was looking to sell in big chunks so I only ended up selling to a few people who wanted to buy a lot.
So I haven't sold anything since then which was about a few weeks back.

There’s still heaps. Below is what’s left, with reduced prices. Approx 250oz. But I hope you can understand that I want to sell at least approx 50oz or more per buyer, or if you just want a kilo coin or bar that’s also good. If I don’t get to sell the kilo coins I might try them out as auctions, or make another sale post. Or if someone wants the whole thing (250oz), I am willing to reduce the overall price even more than these discounts, can discuss in direct messages. Cheers.

    ABC 1 kg bar - $1,090

(ABC Bullion current official price - $1,102 https://www.abcbullion.com.au/store/sabc32151kg-abc-bullion-cast-bar)

    Kooks

    4 x 2009 1oz - $48 each (reduced from $55)

    Koalas

    1 x 2008 1oz Graded PCGS SP69 - $70
    1 x 2009 1oz Graded MS 69 - $70

    4 x 2009 1oz - $48 (reduced from $50)
    2 x 2010 1oz - $44 each (reduced from $46)

    Lunars

    2015 Goats

    4 x 1oz - $39 ea (reduced from $40)

    20 x 1/2oz full roll - $550 for full roll

    2012 Dragons

    1 x 1 kg coin - $1700 (Reduced from $1800, and $1900 before that)
    5 x 2oz - $115 each or $515 for the lot (saves $60) (reduced from $525)
    6 x 1oz - $44 each (reduced from $46)

    2010 Tigers

    4 x loose 2oz Tigers - $100 each (reduced from $125)

    Miscellaneous

‘Stock Horse’ First Edition in Series (2013 – 2017)

5 x 2013 1oz Perth Mint ‘Stock Horse’ partial roll – I don’t know the approximate value of these. If you’re familiar with the ballpark value of what these should be worth please let me know, cheers.
    (It says $119 here but I don’t know https://coinscatalog.net/australia/...r-rearing-up-stock-horse-silver-bullion-coins)
My price - (Total of $260 for the bunch of 5 coins)

If Darwin hasn’t make a deal for the lot then I will buzz all one oz Perth mint coins ( and the panda).

And then I will take something else to make 50 ozs.

let me know if you’re ok with this plan.
