    Bernanke says no one really understands gold prices.... What he is really thinking , and that is exactly how we want it to be. ;)

    Maybe Bernanke is mostly right but should have said "few" people understand gold pricing. How many people understand it so well that they can make consistently accurate short term predictions?

    Bernanke may claim he doesn't understand gold pricing but I think he actually does.

    Bernanke was right when he said gold is not money, it's an asset. That's after Ron Paul thought he was going to stump Bernanke.

    Excellent clip to get his view of Gold so we can make our own decisions and buy as much as possible before all his printing hits the fan.

    So the chairman of the fed. doesn't understand gold prices?

    He has studied history extensively - he is an expert on the 1930 depression.

    But, he doesn't understand gold prices?

    A huge part of human history and economics is built around gold and the price of it. Nations have developed completely dependant on the price of gold.

    Central banks all over the world are the biggest buyers of gold and the biggest holders of gold -----

    and Ben Benake doesn't understand the pricing of gold?...........


    Well, bugger me - if that doesn't tell you we are stuffed, nothing will.

    Yeah, but the reason we can't work out the price is because central bankers like Benjamin Shalom Bernnanke keep doing their best to f'ck up the price discovery mechanism.

    Bernanke saying he doesnt understand gold is like an Aussie saying he doesnt understand pies ... Ben gets harder and harder to believe every time he opens his trap ...

    A compulsory brain scan, full psyche assesment, drug screen and lie detector tests should be mandatory in job descriptions for those senior positions...
