    ?????

I looked 3-5 pages back but didn't see any pictures.

Unless you are talking about ShiftyPete's picture of my rocket dressed up as a cock with balls? (That was many more pages back then 3) If you are referring to that pic, I didn't comment on it because that was the second time he posted that pic. The first time he did I told him he was good at making funny pics. I give him that much. But I think it may be the only thing he is good at doing! :)

Has Australia actually fought for itself since the Eureka Stockade?

The thing about the Anzacs is they landed a mile to a mile and a half off course ... whoever got that wrong should have been court martialed because fighting for a "good cause" is one thing ... being regarded as expendable is another ... we are not expendable ... in the eyes of the brass ... we are ...

You realise they did not land them a mile and a half away from where they were supposed to on purpose right? "The best made plans never survive the first contact" you know what that means don't you?

The ADF does everything it can these days to make sure everyone gets home and goes to the extreme to do that.

So if you were running the show it would not have happened, look at the facts it was 100 years ago, the maps available were atrocious, they had no idea in regards to costal currents, there was no satellite imagery, they could not do extensive reckon of the ground, the boats were powered by men rowing them, the boats were adversely affected by the currents due to the size and construction and I could keep on going and going. There was preasure to try something different to end the war, it was the first war that had been subject to the influences of industrialisation on a grand scale which meant no-one had experience in that type of warfare and it goes on and on.

You sit here 100 years later and say "it was not good enough" it is very easy to sit back and criticise 100 years later especially given the fact you have never deployed or been involved in Operations at the planning level.

If you want to court marshal every person who makes mistakes in a conflict zone there would be no-one fighting because everybody would be involved in court proceedings.

This thread is like one of those SBS movies (without the titties) that is so embarrassingly poorly acted/produced that you feel compelled to watch. You want to change the channel/go to bed, but you're sucked in.
    Keep up the great work!

    Or don't.

Well, I didn't report it. It wasn't me responsible for the removal of that rude picture of my rocket. I thought it was funny.

Also, I have never reported anything here yet and probably never will.

I think there may be some inter-thread confusion between this one and your thread, and combined with some joking around here. Maybe the original comment referred to pics in the other thread? The pic in this thread is still there, but we were just joking about the CIA coming in and censoring the internet.

I didn't look properly and assumed the rude pic was reported/deleted because you were joking it was the CIA.
