Guys, would appreciate any comments about this coin set. Both the vendor and myself didn't realise that it was worth serious money until I checked out pricing on ebay. Is the reserve I set too high?.......... Should I just flip it to fleabay?......Is it rare? Cheers
Thanks Comeaux Your offer is about 5 times more that what I and the vendor thought it was worth yesterday. Absolutely blown out by the prices asked on ebay.
flip it on feebay with a zero reserve and see how you fare. With a $400 reserve I don't think many people on SS will want it.
hi Aurora, you set is common one, not rare one, the rare one is 1 chiao and 5 chiao date in 1981 but they been put in 1980 set. my offer 110 AUD for this set . if you got any 1981 in 1980 set, I'd like offer more ta Nic
emmm... well actually I haven't got any great wall set... chinese coins that I only got currently is 1980 Soccer proof 1 yuan... :|
It is not my coins to risk a zero reserve however since I have been informed that it is not as valuable as I thought, I will lower the reserve to $250. If it doesn't sell tonight you guys can find it on fleabay next week with an opening bid of $99. I am prepared to take that risk on fleabay as it has a larger international market
Comeaux wins! Thanks very much to all you guys for the bids and information about these coins. Cheers
