Thinking about picking up a 10oz horse. It's $200. I could get a goat for about $10 less but I am assuming the horse is the more popular coin in the series. I was thinking that it was a decent price at about $40 over spot. Do the 10oz coins seem to go up in value or are not enough people into them? Was mainly just looking for something impressive looking for my son. The little one oz coins don't seem to impress him.

He will be impress with the 10 oz for sure. Not including the kilo, its the best bang for the buck in the lunar series. Dont expect it collect a high premium down the road though.

    That's cheap, must be US.
I'm not sure on them myself I think they look great and would love to stack them but then I see a generic 10 bar for $40 less and think of the 2 oz premium I am paying for it to be pretty and don't go through with it,
Depending on why you stack and so on in my end game it's purely about weight and nothing else..

For sake of son, the 5 oz coins are pretty impressive

That is a good buy at that price and they are impressive lumps, after the 2ozers the 10ozers are my favourite coin size.
Re investment potential all the series 1 10ozers make very good money if you wish to sell and so do the series 2 mouse tiger and ox especially the mouse.
