Adelaide Meet Sunday 28th August

Next meet is scheduled for Sunday 28th August.

Same venue and start time 6.30pm.
If attending for the first time, please send me a message, and I'll forward the venue details. ( all members and partners are welcome ).

We have a good cross section of members that attend who are more than happy to share their knowledge and answer any questions that you may have......
from precious metals, numismatics, gem stones.....etc.

If your looking to pick up a bargain or too this month bring some extra $$$
One of our regular members will be bringing along some 10oz and kilo bars plus I'm sure there will be other goodies available on the night.

For any new members attending and are looking to bring items along to sell......your more than welcome.
Low premium items tend to sell well at meets.
Unfortunately the same cant be said for high premium items. ( yes we're tight smile )
So maybe list the item in this post first to ascertain if there is enough interest to warrant bringing any high premium items along.

Once again, I'm not planning on bringing the XRF along, but if you have gold to sell or would like some items tested.....send me a pm

As always, if you could be kind enough to send me a pm or post on this thread if attending (, that would be greatly appreciated.

And yes, we will be running the monthly spot price competition again for both gold and silver.
All guesses must be in before midnight Wednesday 24th.

Bring your found fifties if interested in participating in the raffle.........twenty tickets only.....one round fifty per ticket.
I will have some round fifties available on the night for sale close to spot....if you need any for the raffle.

I will be auctioning off a few items to raise funds for my charity of choice Share the Dignity.

All monies will be used to purchase womens sanitary items to be donated to homeless woman and woman in domestic violence shelters.

We are also a collection point, if you would like to know where your nearest donation location is shoot me PM.

So bring some cash and grab a bargain to hep out woman in need.

(and yes I fully expect this thread to now go totally off topic with all sorts of attempts at humor.)
