Next meet scheduled for Sunday 26st October Same Venue and Start Time. All members and their partners / friends are welcome If attending for the first time, please send me a pm for details. Starts at 6.30 with a meet and greet Followed by a bite to eat (for those wanting to eat) Then trading and swapping We have a great cross section of members that can help with most of your precious metal needs, including the buying of scrap gold. Looking forward to catching up with you all again.
Can you bring your XRF again so when I talk to much and my dinner gets cold you can warm it up for me Oh put me down for just me please.
You may be please to know that SA Gold Diggers Warradale now officially has a trading account with the Perth Mint. So don't hesitate to give anonmiss a call if you would like to place an order.
I suggest you order a salad....and avoid the radiation.....you may wont to have more kids one day  Now the salad isn't a dig at your weight, like another members innocently pointed out to you at last months meet...as we all know , I'm the last one that should talk....but it was funny. By ordering a salad you can talk all night and not have to worry about your food going cold....see the salad suggestion was me being genuine and sincere All jokes aside, if you have something that you would like to test (not re-heat), let us know and we will bring it along.
Looking to do a straight swap for some 2012 ASE for some other dates. Willing to trade maples for Ase with different dates if you prefer them.
What years are you looking for and how many of each? I have some 2012 and 2013 in tubes and a few "toned" 2010's as well.
GRRR need 3 2011 but if your happy with a straight swap can I trade you 5 2012 for 5 2013 or do you need it to be tube for tube cause I could do that too. Anyone else got a couple of 2011 ASE to swap?
I have the 2013 in singles, well 17 of them to be precise, so happy to do a swap for how ever many you need.
Hope you don't mind a newbie coming along, I'm actually a little surprised to see so many adelaide locals, I'll pm you as per the original post for details. Might be +1 if I can convince my girlfriend to come, if not my sister might be interested, all my silver talk has rubbed off and she has decided to put some of her hoarded savings into silver. I've got six .5 kilo adelaide exchange and ABC silver bars I'd like to trade for 1kg pamp or perth mint bars, obviously with some cash or maybe some pre decimal silver coins on top on my end to make it fair if that appeals to anyone. Not sure what's reasonable but maybe an ounce of silver a kilo? Regardless of any potential trade I look forward to actually talking to some fellow silver bugs in person, being new I have lots of questions! Also if someone is bringing a test kit I have a couple odds and ends is love to have zapped if it's not to much trouble. Not worth bringing just for me but if it's coming anyway it would be much appreciated!
I will definitely try to make it, had a good time last time. Will bring a fair bit of stuff to trade, looking for morgans and some silver coins.
kay I'll take 10 of the 2013 as a trade for 10 2012. (leaving you with an uneven number to off load insert evil laugh here.)
You'll be fine we were all neebees once. There is usually some girls there so tell the missus she won't be the odd one out. (the odd ones actually Danman but hes fine if its not a full moon.) I'm guessing when you say test kit you mean an XRF machine? I'll see if I can bring one. Anyone got anything else to test? (sorry Argento it doesn't go low enough to read your IQ )
I think argento and I need to form a self esteem club to combat the evil anonmiss and her cruel jibes (insert whimpering smiley here) Oh and I will bring the ASE's.
That's what I had in mind, it sounded like one might be coming for danman anyway. I only have a couple small rings so it really isn't worth bringing just for me, particularly as I might be dropping into gold diggers soon anyway. Still if it's there I'll happily make use of it. I have the scraps of some interred jewelry and some of it has no or hard to read hallmarks. I need to find a diamond tester as well. My great aunt was a flight attendant in the 60's and collected jewellery throughout Asia and dubai so there's lots of pieces handmade and without standardised hallmarks. She also had LOTS of good dress jewelry and although I like to think I have an eye to sort it out I think it would be much better to know for sure.
Hah phrenzy, I have been told to order a salad so they won't have to reheat my dinner for me.... bit sad really
Wow you really really like that couch don't you. I'm sure Danman won't mind sharing his comfy bed if your back starts playing up.
