I thought it would be easier to start a new thread. In view of feed back received from a few members, not being overly comfortable with the current venue arrangements being suitable for meets I have been doing some running around and believe I have come up with a more suitable venue for our future meets starting this month. Venue is : Cafe Amore Address : Corner Pulteney Street and Pirie Street Date : Sunday March 24th Time : 6 - 6.30 The cafe are more than happy for us to use their private function area on a month to month basis free of charge. They will have a table reserved for us downstairs so we can do the normal meet and greet, have dinner ( for those that want to eat) plus order a beverage or two. Then venture up stairs - there will be another table especially set up for us to continue our meet. They also have media facilities in the private function area which we are also allowed to make use of.........I really cant see to many power point presentations taking place BUT its there if needed. Due to our specific needs, finding suitable venues that are prepared to offer their facilities free of charge isn't an easy quest..... And your ongoing support and attendance at monthly meets is important in securing venues of this nature. I have made the booking for 15 people....but if we could smash this number that would be excellent...... Please note : I have NO personal involvement / interest with this venue ........ apart from liking pasta and pizza So far we have the following attending Argento Anonmiss Danman Au-MAgeddon SA Bogan w a possible +1 Bullion Baron + 1 I'm aware not all members visit this sight as frequently as some others, so if you could be kind enough to past the message on , that would be greatly appreciated As always looking forward to catching up with you all soon.

Sure mate, I do. I travel to USA twice a year! Also a general post to those who are going to the meet. Something we are working on at Pinkman White is facilitating the logistics to set up a Bullion Investment Group (BIG). In a nut shell - group purchasing. This will hopefully allow those with restrictive capital to benefit from the discount of a large order. However we want to do it by the book, and facilitate it in such a way that it is fair for all parties involved. I will be bringing with me a skeleton draft set up on how we would like to run it. But we would really appreciate your feedback on what you would like to see in the deal. If people are curious now, I can post details here, and discuss it in depth at the meet. Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone, Just to give some more info about our group purchasing strategy, a basic layout we are thinking of is this: 1) After 3+ members have become interested in the group buy, we will announce to all interested that a 'buy' will happen that week, and offer spot price + markup. 2) People declare how much they want to put in, with funds depositing into a nominated account by Thursday 5pm that week. 3) Between Thursday and Friday, the funds come in and we declare that X no. people have put in $Y for the buy. 4) On Saturday around 11am, the market closes. We announce that the spot price was $Z, and you will get $Z+markup worth of bullion. 5) Those invested have until Sunday 5pm to change their mind. If they change their mind, their funds will be returned IN FULL to their account, no fees. For those going through, you will receive an amount of bullion, less a nominal administration fee, worth of stock in 2 weeks, delivered to the address of your choice. 6) We make the buy. 2 weeks later the stock arrives to you. We have found about 2 weeks seems to be the maximum time it takes to make large orders from purchase to delivery. We are looking at a minimum buy in of $5000. However if this is out of reach for too many people, we can reduce this. Also for an administration fee, we are looking at $100 per person which will be part of your contribution. For example, if someone put in $6000, they will get $5900 worth of bullion based on the price we offer. At the current markets, we can offer - $4 + Spot for American Silver Eagles 2013 1oz $3.30 + Spot for Canadian Maples 2013 1oz $3.50 + Spot for Austrian Philharmonics 2013 1oz This values are preliminary. We want to get a gauge for how people feel about what we can offer. Feel free to make comments about this structure, prices, or any clarity on what we are trying to do here. When we do a first run, we will charge no administration fee, and we (Pinkman White) will be part of the group buy as well. Also the first run will be available to Adelaide people ONLY. im in for the next meet. Cafe Amore do great coffee for all the coffee lovers. As for red wine i will always respect a venue that serves Kangarilla Road and Rockfords. Great choice.
