ASX: AAC in a nutshell, or to keep with the theme, inside of a regular-sized Stetson hat: Owns ~6.5 million hectares of cattle grazing station in Queensland and the Northern Territory ~500,000 heads of cattle Increasing % of revenue comes from selling packaged beef, rather than live cattle export Simple question: why did the value of the company jump up by almost 8% on Friday? I don't see any recent news items that'd provoke such a reaction. Is the market expecting AAC to be another takeover target by a foreign (likely Chinese) investor? Full Disclosure: I currenly hold a equity long position in AAC
