Got to admit he is brave to go against the grain and say what many stackers don't want to hear :/

Basically, he's scared that silver is losing value.
He's selling, although her admits silver is a good hard asset to hold, however it is currently overpriced since silver has already had a massive run from $4, so most people want to sell at current high prices.
He says stackers selectively tune in to permabulls screaming for $500/oz because thats what they want to hear. There have been so called silver shortages and they all end up ultimately as rumours. The results of these permabull rumours and predictions results in lower spot prices as the prices get out of hand due to panic buying, then fall. He is looking to trade silver on seasonal trends, not long term. he doesnt think that silver will go below $20 due to industrial uses and investment demand, but something similar to 2008 could drop the price that low. He'd like to take advantage of these prices.
Silver in low-mid 20's this year.
He does admit that he may be wrong though.

I don't care if there is never a silver shortage. Endless money printing for the foreseeable future will keep silver prices rising. Australia is already at 'financial crisis' interest rates, and today's newspaper said there will be more rate cuts. Japan has just announced a 'War on deflation'. US is printing like there's no tomorrow. All currencies are in a race to the bottom.

    Smart bloke.

He's worked out who his typical audience is, so he is kicking up a stink and saying outlandish crap to get more page views and clicks.

He's got you guys posting up his threads here, doesn't he?

Just the 2013 version of 'George 4 title" IMHO.

In regards to WHAT he says... who cares?

Then why doesn't Rawdog use Adsense on his youtube channel?

To an extent I agree with you, but for an individual who has the brains to draw attention to himself, as you say, why doesn't he simply use Adsense to draw an income from his videos?

Look at the praise that is bestowed upon Gregory Mannarino by some people here. He has found his niche audience and says what people want to hear. Lets not forget that he is selling us something- a book- numerous books over time. He uses Adsense too. If he said, 'My friends, it is time to sell your metals', you think that he would gain subscribers and increase his view count??

Listen to everyone, follow no one.

I agree with him regarding the BS silver shortage stories and big percentage drop if we see another GFC. If we have a repeat of what happened after last debt ceiling debate where gold and silver had a good rally, I will be considering selling 60-70% of my silver and a little gold. Buy some again later on when it drops back down.

I've long regarded the silver shortage stories as BS (they remind me of the housing shortage stories), but I'm still in silver, because I think it is debasement of fiat and negative real interest rates driving it and it's going to drive it far before any crash comes.

Silver is just an investment like any other. Click on day trading forums about a share and see how share X is going "bluesky" in the next week, month or whatever. The usual reasons for this is a) ramping b) those who gamble and cross the line from investing to gambling c) those who believe anything they hear d) those who have made themselves believe that the stock will be going up and cannot objectively look at the facts.

Rawdog gets shaken off the bull, surprise surprise.

...and of course those who are shaken off the bull will have logical reasons for doing so..that doesn't change the fact they've got weak hands.

Is that all you guys have got? Constant references to "weak hands"? Is that it? Wow, what a convincing counter- argument you make. LMAO

Here's a bit of advice sl, it's hard to stay on the bull when you cover your ears so you can't hear the truth.

Probably because he is still building a membership base?

Look at how he presents his clips with the cliche memorably consistent intro "What's going on slaves?" and the way he conducts the discussions (no swearing etc).

Guy is clearly going by the playbook and whilst there's no adsense there today, doesn't mean there won't be tomorrow.

Don't get me wrong, on what he's saying I think he's a complete and total dumbarse with an IQ of maybe 100, but I think there's more than meets the eye when it comes to this clown and I just wonder if he's simply not presenting such an outrageous persona simply to get people through the door and establish his channel.

I've listened to a few of this guys vids and seriously can't listen to him anymore. He's so annoying I put him on par with the annoyance orange.

Even then, I think he's over analysing the situation - either deliberately or simply being an ignorant putz. But again, I think that's all part of the act.
