Just be sure you like snow flakes on a coin, because they most assuredly will show up at some point. :)

Don't worry about "milk spots", you can clean them with those cleaning pastes used in kitchens... just make sure you don't use anything with acids, that will cause dark spots on your silver.

So, people: milk spots are treatable!

Usually means aftermarket gilding in Germany. Hard to call that a mintage since they are already included in the official mintage number from RCM.

Gilded version on APMEX- http://www.apmex.com/product/80703/2013-1-oz-silver-canadian-maple-leaf-25th-anniversary-gilded They're stating 525 mintage too.

This guy claims "It's part of their bullion issue which they don't sell directly to the public; from their press release:
"In keeping with a distribution model common to the world's major issuers of bullion coins, the Mint does not sell bullion directly to the public. Interested buyers are encouraged to contact a reputable bullion dealer to order this special limited edition 25th anniversary Silver Maple Leaf bullion coin, which will be available as of early December 2013."

None of these are official products. Nothing stopping me from buying 500--gilding them, printing a coa--and claiming "limited mintage"!

Edit--my rep at the mint made a mistake. They are official, but only for the European market.
