No--no one knows. I would'n dump gold for any crypto, just would add more crypto than gold to my portfolio at the moment...
Yes of course BTC has the potential of being multiples of what gold has to offer, that goes without saying, because gold is essentially riskless whereas cryptocurrencys are not, that is a Tier 1 asset. I'm not knocking it, I'm just saying they are different, if you wanna make money in shorter term imo, buy crypto's, longer term gold is real money, a hard asset with no counterparty risk. Not bad to own both, just my thoughts.
That's why it's my intention to move most of my gold assets across to BTC, because I think it's better long term than gold.
Millions in #Texas and the surrounding southern United States are without power following a deadly winter storm. Texas deregulated its power grid in the 1990s which has led to market incentives being structured to the point where energy companies receiving more money for not weatherising all their plants. ERCOT attributed the blackouts to "a shortage of natural gas due to a drop in pressure and frozen instruments at fossil fuel and nuclear facilities."
Lucky they still can drive away to another town or city. If using Tesla, sorry no battery. looks like this year a repeat of last year, rain nonstop from June to October. Good for us, cooler weather.
Cup and handle looking super good, hopefully plays out... I’ve seen more crazier things happen before.
Wow! It's been a while since I've heard the usual regurgitated permabull rhetoric pointing to PM's being real money because they are tangible, divisible, a store of value, etc. And fiat being worthless, intangible paper. IMHO PM's are arguably a commodity rather than currency, but that is debateable. The barrage of abuse regarding paper gold and futures has started to subside too recently, as more realise price detachment is a furphy. But now.... some long-term-stackers think that a digital number in cyberspace has better long-term potential than physical gold! For a second I had to check the page banner to make sure I was really on the SS site. Swings and roundabouts? Or a full-tard realisation that demand and supply still rule the world?

farcebook? I don't use it. If i need news, I go straight to news websites. Can't understand why people post silly pics of themselves on it.
