I recently got a couple of type 2 eagles and upon inspection I've noticed that there is a gap in the reeding between the ER in America looking from the eagle side. I find this unusual and was wondering if anyone else who had brought some has noticed the same thing? Possibly an error?

I am pretty sure there are a few other visible security features, and some "invisible" features the US Mint does not wish to reveal.
