I know dealers in Asia Europe and North America are actively selling them but to my knowledge (limited as it is) I don't think a single Australian or New Zealand PM dealer has secured an allotment of them. LPM in Hong Kong has been sourcing a lot of them globally for a price that isn't too bad. I think once APMEX and MCM jump in they'll get even more exposure, the 2016s were pretty much under the radar all the way up to them selling out everywhere.

Tried to order 60pcs 2017 Chiwoo Silver Coin from LPM.

LPM is charging me USD$69 for shipping to Canada.

    Decided to buy from Gainsville.

    Strange Bullion Exchanges...

Raised price 2 times within 5 hours.

    Now
    1pc - 24 pcs = spot + USD$13

    250pcs + = spot + USD$10

Their version of the APMEX game, but instead of trickling out several at a time, they just jack the the price up everytime X amount sells. I think these are only going to get more popular in the short-term.

I think they started with $122. Too bad they weren't closer to $70, as a rule I refuse to buy 70 slabbed coins when they are over 2x what the cheapest raw ones can/could be had for. MCM is never shy about using NGC slab label design gimmicks, but they dropped the ball this time LOL

    Hi Guys
    Received two Chiwoo's today.
Cost me about NZ$53 each, not in capsules though.
Lovely coins and luckily I have a couple of capsules.
Now looking around for a 2016 Chiwoo.

Although I'm a repeat customer of SGB and get their newsletters, by the time I saw this they'd already sold out. This price considering free shipping was about as good as the Gainesville presale, so I'm not at all surprised they sold out so quickly, they probably would have sold out right away even with 10X times the amount they were allocated. I really like this series, awesome to look at in hand. I just hope they don't make too many for 2018 ;)

    Agreed.

Mintage 50,000 is maximun number that I am willing to invest in this series.

p.s. SGB only had 500pcs ( max 2 boxes ) available yesterday, same price as Gainsville, spot + USD$6. But free shipping for SGB and USD$26.45 shipping fee for Gainsville.

Beautiful medallion indeed, however, i been in many places in S. Korea, Keep asking on big coin shops but they do not know about these coins. Also, never been famous with most of my Korean colleagues.
