Do you think they are going to likely start shipping these in capsules? Or will they continue with the old sheet style packaging?

Looks like the packaging for the gold pandas will remain the same, in pockets. Shame as capsules would have been nice. Still, can always transfer to PM kangaroo caps, even though it might wipe out most of the collectors premium.

I got a question about the plastic seal of the panda gold i have seen some on a coinfair from 2009 10 11 12 various weights but they didnt look nice to me
spots and minor imperfections --- On the same fair i see a seller with the same coins but in capsule he took m out and they looked great better then the one,s in the seal
is there any pvc in this seal(creates spots) because i think the protection is not to good
i know the story about original pouch and lose premium but what u prefer a good coin in capsule or a lousy coin in a seal

Same issue with the Rwanda wildlife silver. That's even worse because it's PVC and silver. I cut them free and put them in Quadrum airtites. When I tried to sell some on the forum no one wanted them because they were not in mint PVC flips. I saw some last week that are a few years old with PVC damage. I think I would rather have a good coin in a good airtite than a PVC damaged coin in a PVC mint issue flip.

There is no PVC in the panda pouches. I have 30 yr old ones that look perfect.

Personally, I get good grade and quality in panda pouches. I never buy gold panda in capluse except it is far cheaper with very good condition.

Another thing some coin dealers only sell sets of pandas 2016 gold --on there site is written its a thing of the mint they only sell them in sets
so no single pieces for sale there not to good in my opinion

I am going to buy already graded and slabbed coins as well as coins in sheets. Once you start buying single coin OMP you start running into the (not discussed) problem of coin pre-screening. Even if you won't buy a full sheet ask the seller to cut out the number you want all attached together in one sheet.
